Form submissions are processed by our form provider (Formspree), which delivers your message to us by email.

If you book a demo, your name and email are processed by our scheduling provider (Cal.com) to create the meeting.

No patient data

This website does not accept and is not intended to receive any protected health information (PHI) or patient data. Please do not include patient information in the contact form. If you send patient information through this form, we will delete it.

We do not sell your data

We do not sell, rent, or trade your information to anyone. We do not use it for advertising.

No cookies, no analytics

This website does not use cookies, local storage, or analytics tracking. We do not build a profile of your activity.

Our hosting provider processes standard server logs (such as IP addresses) required to serve the site.

Deletion requests

You can ask us to delete the information you submitted at any time. Email kyle@authflowhealth.com and we will remove it from our records.
